Cadillac Ranch

We had to leave our mark at Cadillac Ranch. I forgot to take more pics with my small camera, so this is about all I have to post.
This was our last "must-stop" on our way home. We are in Oklahoma, and will be home Tuesday or Wednesday.

Wigwams & bubble tire

We left Flagstaff Sunday morning. Made a quick stop here- New Mexico

And then this happened.
While we were on the interstate.

Guess which day of the week is the worst to have problems? Todd went ahead and changed this tire, but the same thing was happening to another, though not nearly as bad. Roadside assistance came out with another tire for our other side, but Todd refused it since it was a POS. But, we got the other replaced today and all is well. Back on the road, headed home. Also, of course this happened not long after our discussion on how lucky we had been on the trip.
Oh well, if this is the worst that happens, I'll take it. And yes, we will be getting new tires when we get home.

Sedona

We went on a jeep tour in Sedona today. Lots of fun. It really is beautiful here, but we admit that we have been very spoiled with all the scenery lately. If we hadn't been to so many other gorgeous places I think we would appreciate it even more.

We are leaving tomorrow and heading home. Not sure what all little stops we will make along the way, so don't know what day we will get back in town.
I miss Remi & Steddy!

Yabba Dabba Dooo

How could we drive by Bedrock City and not stop?

All of the buildings were done-up inside.

100% worth the $5 admission. We spent at least an hour there. No joke.

Grand Canyon

We went to the Grand Canyon on Friday. It wasn't even half as packed as Yosemite, thankfully.

I have to admit, it's not easy to get good pictures of the canyon. It's hard to differentiate the many levels and get an idea of distance even when you are actually there.

My favorite :)

Todd loves my hat.

Vegas

This was our second time in Vegas. Last time we came we were with Brad then too, celebrating Mark's 50th. Who knew Vegas was such a fun family destination?

Todd wanted to see Hoover Dam. It was obviously me & Britt's highlight. :)

Lake Mead
Monday night we had dinner at N9NES. (aka Mark's favorite restaurant)

Playboy Club @ Palms

Ghost Bar @ Palms

I'm proud to report that Todd & I actually stayed up later than Brad & Britt this night. (Which was about 6 hours longer than the previous time I went to N9nes & Playboy club.) We met a couple from London at Playboy Club and continued the night with them after Brad & Britt left Ghost Bar. So, if you hear me using any sayings you haven't heard before, it's thanks to our new friends. :)
Tuesday night we went to the old downtown/Fremont Street for the light show.

We are getting ready to head out for Grand Canyon.
And no, we aren't coming home rich.
